JLDG stores QCD ensembles/configurations publicly available to
lattice field theory community. ILDG/JLDG VO (virtual organization)
members can access to data in the framework of ILDG (see
this page)
or via the JLDG file system.
Archived configurations are formatted with the
ILDG standard.
Ensembles and configurations are marked-up based on the QCDml (latest schema are
QCDmlEnsemble1.4.8 and
QCDmlConfig1.3.1, respectively.)
Follow this link to search
ensembles/configurations through faceted navigation, where you can get XML files and
list of LFN's (logical file name) of configurations.
MC (Markov Chain) URI of ensemble and LFN's are named after simulation parameters.
See the web page given for each dataset listed below.
(The web page also explains for JLDG users where to find configurations.)
When you publish your research results based on these datasets,
please cite the paper specified for each dataset, and if it is appropriate,
acknowledge to the collaboration which has provided us with the dataset.
The JLDG team would appreciate if you could mention the ILDG or the JLDG.

Datasets
We have six datasets of QCD ensembles/configurations.
- 2+1 flavor full QCD configurations by the PACS Collaboration.
They were generated at lattice spacing of ~ 0.0846 fm on ~ 8.1 fm lattice with
a fully O(a) improved action -- combining the renormalization-group improved
Iwasaki gluon action and a nonperturbatively O(a) improved Wilson-clover
quark action with the APE stout smeared links -- and adopting an exact DDHMC+PHMC algorithm.
Details of ensembles/configurations are given here.
Provided by the PACS Collaboration
- 2+1 flavor full QCD configurations by T. Yamazaki et al.
for nuclei calculation.
They were generated at lattice spacing of ~ 0.09 fm and
the pion mass of ~ 0.5 GeV on from ~ 3 fm to ~ 6 fm lattices with
a fully O(a) improved action -- combining the renormalization-group improved
Iwasaki gluon action and a nonperturbatively O(a) improved Wilson-clover
quark action -- and adopting an exact DDHMC+PHMC algorithm.
Details of ensembles/configurations are given here.
Provided by the PACS-CS Collaboration,
Please acknowledge to the following authors of the first paper.
- Two-flavor full QCD configurations contributed by
the JLQCD Collaboration.
They are generated with an overlap fermion action and a renormalization-group
improved gauge action accompanied by an extra Wilson fermion term to fix
the topological charge.
The lattice size is 163x32, corresponding to the physical
spatial size of about 1.9 fm.
There are six ensembles corresponding to six quark mass which roughly
covers (ms/6, ms).
Details of ensembles/configurations are given here.
Provided by the JLQCD Collaboration.
- 2+1 flavor full QCD configurations by the PACS-CS Collaboration.
They were generated at lattice spacing of ~ 0.09 fm on ~ 3 fm lattice with
a fully O(a) improved action -- combining the renormalization-group improved
Iwasaki gluon action and a nonperturbatively O(a) improved Wilson-clover
quark action -- and adopting an exact DDHMC+PHMC algorithm.
Details of ensembles/configurations are given here.
Provided by the PACS-CS Collaboration.
- 2+1 flavor full QCD configurations by the CP-PACS and JLQCD
Collaborations. They were generated at three lattice spacings with
a fully O(a) improved action -- combining the renormalization-group improved
Iwasaki gluon action and a nonperturbatively O(a) improved Wilson-clover
quark action -- and adopting an exact HMC+PHMC algorithm.
Details of ensembles/configurations are given here.
Provided by the CP-PACS/JLQCD Collaborations.
- Two-flavor full QCD configurations contributed by
the CP-PACS Collaboration.
There are three sets of files corresponding to three lattice spacings,
all generated with the renormalization-group improved Iwasaki gluon
action and the Wilson-clover quark action with tadpole-improved cover
coefficient.
Details of ensembles/configurations are given here.
Provided by the CP-PACS Collaboration.
